Cancellation policy

If we are making any changes we will let you know beforehand and if the reason is from our side we will provide you tickets of the other day at the same cost and standard in collaboration with the airlines. If the time and the condition allows doing the cancellation before the departure, we are going to provide you with the following options to choose from:

  • Acceptance of changed adjustments or
  • You can purchase substitute trip, of the same cost to that of your initial booking if possible. But the substitute trip would be marked as a new purchase and we will correlate with the airlines to get you reimbursement or refund of your booking. If you are not willing to accept this option, which we have specifically arranged for you, You can choose the other option available, the one which suits you. You will have to pay the relevant price if required for the options adjustments.
  • taking the cancellation you will be getting the full refund of all the cost we have taken from you.This will be done if only airlines allow us to.

When airlines makes any change or the cancellation is done due to the airlines fault, the changes will be a per the circumstances. And in this case we do not take any kind of responsibility and we are not there to provide any kind of compensation, least we will be able to do so to discuss this with you ans speak to the airlines on your behalf for the reimbursement. But the final decision depends upon the Airlines.
