Payment Options

Online Card Payments: We offer an online payment system for the convenience of our customers that processes Master and Visa cards. The best part of this process is that it leaves no scope of leaking your private data. Reason being, your bank will process the transaction directly without getting us in. Your bank will release a unique code and confirm the realization of transaction in a few minutes applying the web payment gateway though it may depend on your server speed.
Airfarebooking.com applies current automation to safeguard your credit card data. We do not keep possession of your credit card data, thus making your online transaction a safer experience. We assure you high standards of security on the internet so as to keep your transaction experience confidential, safe and secure.
In the case where your card fails to complete the transaction, we suggest that alternate payment options be given within 72 hours of departure otherwise your booking with us may be canceled.
We charge a service payment on booking of domestic flights which is a non refundable charge in case you cancel it.

  • Internet Banking: You have the option to pay money for your booking with us through internet banking provided your account is in any of the below mentioned banks. We have an online portal system that debits money from your account through a computerized system thus making the entire transaction safe. The bank is not responsible for any inconvenience that the traveler goes through in terms of booking not made, passenger not allowed to board on the e-ticket, etc.

Transaction Confirmation: We request our clients to not react to information on the web without confirming the facts. It would be kind if you check your spam and junk folders for the confirmation of the transaction made. It is possible that the mail has been redirected so kindly check for it and if you still don’t get the confirmation within the stipulated time, call us for the clarification. We are happy to help.

Delivery of Services
Electronic Tickets (“e-Tickets”):
An e-ticket is a paperless electronic document that has your unique verification number instead of the paper ticket. Passengers need to reproduce the code at the airport to avail their e-ticket from the authorities.

The e-ticket is generally sent through the email that you provide at the booking time but in case there occurs a problem with it, the details of the ticket will be shared with you through the phone. In the case passengers fail to receive the e-ticket 8 hours post their booking, they are requested to call us at (1-888-275-0882) or we will not be held responsible for the failure of receiving tickets.

You may or may not show your Client name Confirmation email that AirFareBooking.com sent to you, at the airport counter. You may instead show your photographic ID proof at the counter, though it is advisable to carry the email as well for safety sake.

By all means you must carry a copy of the e-ticket sent to you by AirFareBooking.com and show it to the authorities to avail your boarding pass. Any failure to do so might refrain you from boarding and for that we will not be help responsible. To avail the boarding pass you will have to produce your e-ticket along with a photographic ID proof at the counter. You will get a printed ticket at the counter for which you will have to disclose your PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice) number that will be provided to you by us.

Cancellation and alteration policy
It is not essential that all the return policy and cancellation policies are identical in all the situation. Individual have to study all the terms and condition by contacting to the support team via e-mail or visiting website. If we informed you at the time of booking about the refund then we will refund you if airlines will consent. If they wouldn’t agree, all bookings are not refundable. Issuing of travel documents
The certification of the personal data which is shared by the users about the travel is the entire responsibility of the consumer to provide veritable and clear content related to the travel. The false information is faced only by the customer. Airfarebooking.com will not be answerable for this. The false content is directly create issue at the time of booking or after booking, so our suggestion is that only share right and correct details.

Medical emergencies
The physical security and health check of the individual who travel is not the responsibility of the Airfarebooking.com. If any type of distortment takes place at the time of journey, we wouldn’t take any kind of responsibility regarding medical condition and health check up.

Entire agreement
The terms and conditions is meant by making an statement between the customer and Airfarebooking.com. If user is not accept all these policies and conditions, we suggest you to that you are free of quit using our website. If you are fully soothing with these terms and condition, still its not compulsory to use our service. If you use our any service, it means you are agree with our policies which are stated in the website.
